The MBSR programme includes:
- Eight weekly sessions every Thursday from 16th October to 4th December 2025, from 18:30 to 21:00
- A silent retreat day on Saturday 22nd November 2025, from 10:00 to 16:00
- A series of guided meditation recordings for daily practice at home
- A 100-page workbook
- Free access to our other weekly mindfulness sessions
