Internationally recognised programme with proven beneficial effects on stress, and physical and mental health


The MBSR programme includes:

  • Eight weekly sessions every Thursday from October to December 2026, from 18:30 to 21:00
  • A silent retreat day on Saturday 21 November 2026, from 10:00 to 16:00
  • A series of guided meditation recordings for daily practice at home
  • A 100-page workbook
  • Free access to our other weekly mindfulness sessions
