Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)


16 October to 4 December 2025 (in French)


MBSR is an internationally recognised programme that has been shown to have many beneficial effects on physical and mental health.


The MBSR programme includes:

  • Eight weekly 2.5-hour sessions on Thursday evenings  (18:30-21:00) from 16th October to 4th December 2025
  • A day of silent retreat (10:00-16:00) on Saturday 22nd November 2025
  • A series of guided meditation recordings for daily practice at home
  • A 100-page workbook
  • Free access to our other weekly mindfulness sessions


Price €195 (possibility of a discount in case of financial difficulties).
